IMPORTANT SECTION 3 NOTICE

A wide variety of job opportunities for general labor and specialized trades are also available though HAMC’s Section 3 program. Under federal regulations, companies bidding for HAMC work may be required to dedicate a portion of their contract funds to train and hire local workers and small businesses. This program is intended to benefit persons receiving housing assistance from HAMC, persons receiving benefits from other US government assistance programs as well as any individual that meets specific income guidelines and small companies whose workforce utilizes persons with these same qualifications.
