NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that PNC Bank and HAMC have resolved the July 2026 ACH payment processing issues.  As a result landlords participating in the following programs: Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program, Veteran’s Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH), Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program, Family Unification Program (FUP) for the month of July 2026 should begin to receive payment in accordance with their respective financial institution’s processing times.
