Public Notice: **IMPORTANT**
The Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) is required to implement Small Area Fair Market Rent (SAFMR) payment standards no later than January 1, 2025.
SAFMRs are FMRs calculated at the ZIP code level rather than for the entire metropolitan area. HAMC uses twelve (12) “grouped” zip codes within its jurisdiction.
