Waitlist Opening for Housing Authority of Maricopa County Rose Terrace Project Base Voucher (PBV)

The Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) will be accepting applications for the Rose Terrace Project Base Voucher (PBV) for 2-5 bedrooms only. Applications will be accepted online only from 8:00 AM March 29, 2021, through April 12, 2021 at 8:00 AM.
The applicants may apply on HAMC’s Applicant portal at https://portal.maricopahousing.org Registration is required, and applicants must login to apply. The application will only be available during the waitlist opening. Paper applications will not be accepted; however, if you require special assistance with the application process or you do not have internet access, you may contact the waitlist helpline Monday-Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 602-744-(inactive waitlist closed); the waitlist helpline will not be active before or after the waitlist opening closes. 2-5-bedroom Applicants will be added to the Rose Terrace PBV Waitlist. The applicant portal allows those added to a waitlist to (1) check waiting list status, (2) reply to future ‘Save My Spot’ inquires, and (3) when pulled from the waitlist complete the formal application (‘Certification for Intake’) process online. Applicants not eligible for a 2-5-bedroom unit based on occupancy standards will have to reapply for assistance at another time.
