The 2020-2025 Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) draft Public Housing Authority (PHA) 5-Year Plan and Annual Plan will be available for public comment until April 3, 2020. The PHA 5-Year Plan and Annual Plan are comprehensive guides to HAMC’s policies, programs, operations, and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals. The Plans are available for public view on the website www.maricopahousing.org or at the Administrative Office located at 8910 N. 78th Avenue, Peoria, AZ. The HAMC Board of Commissioners will hear this plan and take public comment at its regularly scheduled Board meeting Monday, March 16, 9:30 a.m., 8910 W. 78th Avenue, Peoria, AZ 85345. The Board of Commissioners is scheduled to approve the plans on Monday, April 20, 2020, at 9:30 a.m., at the HAMC Administrative Offices, 8910 W. 78th Avenue, Peoria, AZ 85345. HAMC will accept comments in writing during the public comment period. Comments may also be submitted at the March 16, 2020 Board of Commissioners meeting.
