Apache ASL Trails
Apache ASL Trails apartment community provides housing to eligible households where the head, spouse or co-head is 55 years of age or older, or is disabled.
The community is accessible for persons with sensory and mobility impairments and has design features, services, and amenities that are beneficial for persons who are deaf, deaf-blind, and hard of hearing. Such features include secured entryways, videophone monitors, visual signalers on all smoke detectors and other emergency sirens. Other sensory features include lighted switches for garbage disposal, range fan, and bathroom fan.
The management staff is able to communicate in American Sign Language (ASL). Due to the unique features of this community, the Tenant Selection Plan does give priority in rental to those individuals who need the accessibility features of the unit.
