NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

PURSUANT TO A.R.S. §§ 38-431.01 and 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the
general public that the Housing Authority of Maricopa County Board of
Commissioners will hold an Executive Session Friday, October 27, 2023. The
Executive Session be held electronically through GoToMeetings.

1. Discussion or consideration of Tenant Complaint received on October 25,
2023, during Regular Meeting for Board of Commissioners concerning the
Housing Choice Voucher Program’s Waiting List process and procedure.

PURSUANT TO A.R.S. §§ 38-431.01 and 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Housing Authority of Maricopa County Board of Commissioners will hold a regular meeting on Friday, October 27, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. electronically. One or more members of the Board of Commissioners may attend this meeting by telephone or other electronic method.
