PURSUANT TO A.R.S. §§ 38-431.01 and 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Housing Authority of Maricopa County Board of Commissioners will hold an Executive Session Wednesday, August 3, 2022, following the Special meeting that begins at 10:00 a.m. The Executive Session will be held telephonically through GoToMeetings.
- Personnel Matters – A.R.S. §§ 38-431.03(A)(1) and (A)(3) – Discussion or consideration regarding appointment of Interim Executive Director and discussion or consultation with Attorney for legal advice regarding recruitment of Executive Director and potential contract for recruitment of candidates for same.
