RESOLUTION NO. 23-020

HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN REVISION

WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to obtain governing board approval of all Housing Choice Voucher Program policies where HUD has allowed the housing authority to make program decisions based on local and agency needs; and

WHEREAS, HAMC has amended its Plan to provide greater distinction between HUD Statutory Policy and HAMC Discretionary Policy as followed:
