Waitlist Opening for Housing Authority of Maricopa County Project Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) Program
August 26, 2019 @ 10:00 a.m. (MST) THROUGH September 6, 2019 @ 3 p.m. (MST) or upon the receipt of 5,000 total applications.
The Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) is accepting waiting list applications for nine
(9) of its affordable properties:
- Baden Homes – Tolleson, AZ
- Casa Bonitas – Surprise, AZ
- Flora Statler – El Mirage, AZ
- John Hammond – Peoria, AZ
- John Hollar – Tolleson, AZ
- Paradise Homes – Surprise, AZ
- Parkview Estates – Peoria, AZ
- Varney Homes – Peoria, AZ
- Villa Monte Rosa – El Mirage, AZ
Each property has its own separate waiting list application.
Waiting List Applications must be completed using the “Applicant Login” on the property management portal. A link for each property portal is located at https://maricopahousing.org/customer-portals/
Paper applications will not be accepted. If you require special assistance with the application process or you do not have internet access, contact the help desk at 602-744-4555, Monday- Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

How to apply:
If you have all of the required information pulled together before you sit down to apply, the online waiting list application will take approximately 3 minutes per household member to complete.
Complete the waiting list application online at one (1) or more of the following property management portals:
If you require special assistance OR do not have internet access, complete the online waiting list application by telephone by calling our help desk at 602-744-455 Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and a customer service specialist will assist you.
You Will Need:
- Social Security numbers for all family members
- Birth dates for all family members
- Total gross annual income (all sources to include child support, cash assistance, family contributions, odd jobs, and wages) – include income of all family members
Applications can be completed on any computer, tablet, or smartphone with Internet access. Public computers are not available at HAMC Offices.
Free computer access is available at the various libraries and other public service agencies locations throughout the Valley (check with Agency for their location and hours).

Dial-a-Ride offers different types of services depending on the city or town in which you live. To find out what type of service exists in your city, call 602-716-2100 for assistance.

You will be asked to complete:
Form “Request for Reasonable Accommodation Request.” You can return it by fax (602- 744-4540), email (email@example.com), or in person at the HAMC Administrative Office during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 8910 N. 78th Avenue, Peoria, AZ 85051).
Once request is approved, you will be given the assistance requested.
