Dear Valued Landlords and Owners,
Due to mandatory tax filing requirements, landlord accounts were placed on hold for missing required tax information. If your account was put on hold due to missing tax information such as IRS Form W-9, you must fully complete, sign and return the W-9 form to our office before Housing Assistance Payment(s) (HAP) will be released. You may email your completed W-9 to finance@maricopahousing.org. W-9s that are completed and received by the 10th of the month, will be processed during the mid-month check run. W-9s that are completed and received after the 10th of the month will be processed at the beginning of the next month’s HAP check run.
