Deadlines:
Applicants were notified of their deadline both on the letter sent by US Mail and on the Intake Certification Application
Required Actions:
Submit a completed Intake Certification Application and upload ALL required supporting documents by their deadline
Important Information:
Thank you for your patience. Intake Certification reviews for those who were on the HCV 2017 Waiting List and selected in April 2020 know that reviews are being completed and notifications mailed.
If an applicants completed the intake certification application and upload ALL required supporting documentation by their assigned deadline that information was used to determine eligibility.
If an applicant did NOT to complete the intake certification application and/or upload ALL required supporting documentation by their assigned deadline the applicant was determined to be ineligible and removed from the waiting list.
Section 17.3 of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County’s (HAMC) Administrative Plan
Allows for Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Waiting List applicants to request an informal review of HAMC’s decision to remove a family from the HCV Waiting List.
