June 18, 2015 at 8 AM MST through June 20, 2015, 12:00 AM MST. Paper applications will not be accepted.

Apache ASL Trails apartment community in Tempe, AZ provides housing to eligible households where the head, spouse, or co-head is 55 years of age or older, or is disabled. Maricopa Revitalization Homes
Maricopa Revitalization Partnership consists of 35 affordable single-family homes scattered throughout the City of Mesa, Arizona. The two, three and four bedroom homes vary in size and location. Each home comes with refrigerator, range, dishwasher and disposal. While the Maricopa Revitalization Partnership pays for the water, sewer and trash, residents are required to establish and pay their own gas and/or electric and must maintain their front and back yards. Income limits do apply based on household size. Qualified households will pay rent based on approximately 30% of their monthly household income.
