Public Housing Authority Annual Plan (Fiscal Year 2013-2014)

Public NOtice

The Fiscal Year 2013‐2014 Housing Authority of Maricopa County draft Public Housing Authority (PHA) Annual Plan will be available for public comment until Friday, April 5, 2013. The PHA Annual Plan includes HAMC’s revised Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan, the HAMC 2012 Annual Audit, and information about its Capital Program through the next fiscal year.
The Advisory Committee of the HAMC will hear this plan and take public comment at its Committee meeting on Monday, April 8, 2013, 9:30 a.m., 8910 W. 78th Avenue, Peoria, AZ 85345. The Board of Commissioners is scheduled to approve the plan on Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at 9 a.m., at the Board of Supervisors Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson, Phoenix, AZ 85003. HAMC will accept comments in writing during the public comment period. Additional comments may be submitted at the April 8, 2013 Advisory Committee meeting. Written comments should be submitted to Irma Hollamby at the Housing Authority of Maricopa County, 8910 W. 78th Avenue, Peoria, AZ 85345 or via email at i.hollamby@maricopahousing.org.

Public Meetings

  The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County has released 'Notice of Meetings for 2013’ with times and locations for all scheduled meetings to be held in 2013. The Public Notice for these meetings and meeting agendas can be found here .

Agendas for meetings are available at least 24 hours prior to each of the above scheduled meetings, as well as accommodations for persons with disabilities (with 72 hours advance notice) or those with Limited English Proficiency (with 18 hours advance notice), are available through the Office of the Clerk of the Board, 301 W. Jefferson, Tenth Floor, Phoenix, AZ, 85003, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
